liquidfish is now hiring for the full-time position of Executive/Personal Assistant to assist with the augmented responsibilities that have come with the agency’s recent growth. The position is designed to aid both our company and the President’s daily life including client meetings, client correspondence, assisting with project management-related responsibilities, and inter-agency communication. Additionally, the position may from time to time involve in aiding with personal tasks to help navigate his day.

Qualifications and Preferences:

A well-qualified candidate should have strong organizational and communication skills and be willing to adapt on the fly and be flexible.

Primary Duties and Responsibilities:

  • General Receptionist Responsibilities including answering phones, taking messages and greeting guests
  • Work with the Account Service department to manage internal projects
  • Help with internal office organization and administrative tasks
  • Assist with client meetings
  • Organize internal systems (such as servers and files)
  • Running Errands
  • Keeping Office Supplies and Pantry Stocked
  • On-boarding new hires (paperwork and formal documents)
  • Assist with Payroll
  • Accounts Payable
  • Invoicing
  • Creating and Running Reports
  • Assist with Personal Matters and Tasks
  • Work daily from 8:30 a.m. to 5:00 p.m. with the willingness to be flexible

Roles and responsibilities:

  • Ability to develop, explain, and execute complex SEO strategies for new and existing clients
  • Work with strategy, content, design, and technology teams to implement SEO strategies and ensure sites are search engine friendly
  • Aids in identifying and reporting online revenue opportunities and conversion tracking
  • Monitor and analyze effectiveness of SEO strategies and create reports on campaign performance
  • Full awareness of current and future industry trends and comfortable blogging about your opinions on them

  • 2 years experience with natural search engine optimization
  • Proven "white hat" SEO techniques with other websites
  • Experience working with pay-for-performance search products such as Google AdWords, Yahoo!, and other relevant search engine advertising tools
  • Knowledge of advanced link-building tactics
  • Experience with analysis of reporting through Web analytics programs (WebSideStory, Omniture, Webtrends, Google Analytics)

PHP Developer

liquidfish is seeking a PHP developer with a strong focus on MVC frameworks and/or CMS platforms (Laravel, Symfony). This person should be able to learn quickly, multi-task, and enjoy working on several projects at once.

Qualifications and Preferences:

  • Full Time Position
  • Minimum 2-3 years experience in LAMP/LEMP
  • Experience with MVC frameworks and/or CMS platforms (Laravel, Symfony, etc.)
  • Good understanding of Object Oriented Programming concepts
  • Familiar with git and version control
  • Comfortable in the linux shell
  • Working Knowledge of Adobe Creative Suite
  • A good understanding of UI and UX
