Social Media Specialist

We are looking for an energetic, well written and attention detailed person to join our team. The Reputation and Social Media Strategist will be responsible for determining the online voice of clients’ brands and executing social media strategies across various platforms to drive engagement and customer acquisition as well as help manage client reputation across the Internet.

This job is broken up into two main responsibilities:

1. Social Media Management

This position will manage multiple social media accounts for multiple companies. Responsible for generating content and posting to the appropriate networks, while managing replies and searching for social mentions. Develop campaigns, compile and submit monthly analytic reports and work closely with account executives to address any and all client needs.

Primary Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Create and manage clients’ brand voice across social and digital platforms
  • Create content calendar and post on various networks for multiple clients
  • Manage the clients’ brand by interacting on digital platforms
  • Monitor clients’ social media channels for mentions, feedback, opportunities and questions and respond in a timely manner
  • Develop social strategies in collaboration with Account Executive(s) and present to clients
  • Coordinate with Account Executive(s) on client needs and details
  • Integrate social media activities with other communication efforts (traditional media, PR, etc.)
  • Conceptualize campaigns and present to internal team and clients. Ability to organize campaign needs and details and relay them to team as needed
  • Track analytics and submit monthly reports to clients
  • Stay up-to-date with industry news, emerging technology and industry trends and make recommendations and adjustments as needed

2. Reputation Management

This position will update online directories and other information for clients, respond to customer complaints, compile information for clients and respond to reviews and/or work in collaboration with the client for review responses.

Primary Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Update and manage content across multiple directories and other online networks
  • Read and respond to reviews as needed
  • Manage inappropriate reviews and dispute as needed
  • Make necessary changes, update menus, etc. as needed
  • Research and make recommendations to client(s) as new technology emerges
  • Track competitors and local and national trends
  • Track and analyze reviews for key performance concerns and recommendations

PHP Developer

liquidfish is seeking a PHP developer with a strong focus on MVC frameworks and/or CMS platforms (Laravel, Symfony). This person should be able to learn quickly, multi-task, and enjoy working on several projects at once.

Essential Skills/Qualifications required:

  • Competency in some or all of the following: CSS, Javascript, AJAX, C#, SQL Server, ASP.NET MVC, ASP.NET Web Forms, Visual Studio, Git
  • Some experience preferred in the following: Entity Framework Code First, LINQ, SASS, JSON, jQuery, Powershell
